Our White Sourdough is raised with yeast and culture. Unlike a traditional sourdough (flour, water and salt), this sourdough also contains sugar, whey powder, yeast and butter.
It is a soft sweet loaf with a hint of sour.
You can enjoy it toasted with butter, use it to make garlic toast, make your favourite sandwich or even for breakfast topped with a fried egg. It also goes great with Sunday soup at Omas.
